A Graduate leader oversees the day to day running of both Kaleidascope settings.
Children have free flow access to a secure outdoor play area. There are separate kitchen and child sized toilet and nappy changing facilities. We support children with special needs, and children who speak English as an additional language.
The provision is registered on the Early Years Register and may care for 25 children in one room and 14 children in our second room at any one time. We are open term time only, five days a week, from 08.00 - 16.00 and til 18.00 by request Monday - Friday.
All our members of staff are highly qualified and extremely well experienced . The settings Special educational needs co-ordinator supports all children with additional needs. All staff are training or qualified to a minimum of level 3. The setting has the additional provision of speech therapy available on site.
All staff have enhanced CRB/DBS disclosures and strict vetting and recruitment procedures are followed. Staff have paediatric first aid training and we have a designated safeguarding and health and safety officer to ensure children's safety at all times.
